Albert Yan, Founder and President

Albert has rich experience in corporate finance, merger & acquisition, business restructuring, strategic planning, international collaboration, marketing, communications, operations and client relation management. He held various executive positions in large corporations in a range of industries - including automotive manufacturing, clean tech, telecommunication and IT, management consulting, mining and resources.

Worked in Canada, United States, Australia and China, Albert has hands-on experience with cross-border transactions and partnerships, whether it is M&A, strategic alliance, licensing, FDI or joint venture. Albert has provided consulting service to all kinds of clients, from large multinational corporations to SMEs in various industries, such as life science, medical device, pharmaceutical, clean tech, high tech, financial and investment, mining, energy and resources. Albert has build up broad connections with governments, enterprises, professional services, financial institutions, investment communities and various organizations in China, Canada and over the world. Albert has profound knowledge of different government regimes and business systems, and deep understanding of the cultural differences and their impact to business developments and operations.

Albert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgetown University (Washington DC, U.S.A.), a Master of Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University (Xi'an, P.R.C.).
